One of our key values is raising awareness about the importance of architecture and construction in preserving the environment. That is why we prioritize sustainability in our work. In designing, we strive for innovation, creativity and environmental responsibility and we are proud to share this vision with the Green Building Council of Serbia

We strive to promote solutions that address the challenges of climate change, with a particular focus on buildings that consume zero energy or applying principles of the circular economy. Our goal is to develop strategies that cover all aspects of sustainable construction, improving environmental performance without compromising the quality of comfort for users.

Therefore, the bioclimatic principles are the basis for all our strategies, and in some of our projects it’s been verified through the sustainable buildings’ certification systems such as LEED or BREEAM. Furthermore, Zabrskie holds a License for creating energy performance certificates for various facilities, also known as energy passports.
