The guest of the program Magazine on the First Program, radio Belgrade 1, was Vladimir Đorić, one of Zabriskie’s partners, who commented the provisions of the new Law on Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction, which is in parliamentary procedure. Special attention was directed to the part of the Law that refers to the more consistent application of the so-called green agenda, especially the obligation to issue and possess the Certificate on energy efficiency of buildings, better known as the energy passport. Created as a consumer protection measure, without which in the future it will not be possible to notarize a sales contract, it has created anxiety in the real estate market. Is there a reason for that?
