At the invitation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, our team participated in the 16th Expert Meeting “BIM in Practice – Serbia”, held on June 17, 2025. The event brought together key stakeholders from architecture, construction, and digital technology sectors.
Representing Zabriskie, Nataša Stefanović, BIM Manager, and Ivica Marković, Project Director, shared their experience working on one of the most complex domestic projects currently underway – the Belgrade Philharmonic.
The focus of their presentation was:
“Collaborative Work in a BIM Cloud Model – The Belgrade Philharmonic Example,”
where they showcased in detail how effective international collaboration, coordination of design teams, and management of complex models happen in real time, supported by BIM technology and cloud platforms.
In the context of modern investment and infrastructure endeavors, BIM models are an indispensable tool for transparent planning, precise coordination, and risk reduction throughout all project phases. In addition to the Zabriskie team, colleagues Višnja Blažin and Milica Tošić from Konstruktor Konsalting also participated, while the event was opened by Ivana Vuletić, Secretary of the Association for the Construction Industry of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, who emphasized the importance of implementing BIM standards in the domestic industry.
