At the invitation of professors Miljana Zeković and Dragana Konstantinović from the Faculty of Technical Sciences (FTN) in Novi Sad, our Project Director, Milena Katić, had the pleasure of hosting students and leading an expert guided tour of the InGrid Schneider Electric Hub.

Our future colleagues had the unique opportunity to step out of the classroom, visit the site and the building itself, and gain firsthand insight into the project:

  • Concept Development: A detailed analysis of the design process behind the complex transformation of the former Novkabel hall.
  • From Idea to Realization: Translating the architectural vision into a functional, built space through the lens of real-world challenges on the construction site.

The transformation of the Ingrid hall represents a truly pioneering endeavor in Serbia, the significance of which has been recognized in a broader European context. The project was selected by the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE) to participate in an international exhibition dedicated to the transformation of the built environment.

This exhibition is realized as part of the Creative Europe program and will be presented at the European Parliament, the European Commission, and the upcoming UIA World Congress of Architects later this month in Barcelona.

A big thank you to the #FTNNoviSad for the invitation and the opportunity to exchange experiences, inspire students, and contribute to the development of new generations of architects!
